Freezing fees and charges for sporting and community groups and diversifying council income streams. Looking after you and your family by maintaining and expanding council childcare services to deliver cheaper childcare for Coasties.
Investing in local jobs and services to build a better Central Coast through activating the Wyong Employment Zone (WEZ) creating at least 6000 high quality, high paying, local jobs.
Supporting our youth and local businesses with council apprenticeship ratios and a local procurement policy.
Kyle believes council needs to work for you and not against you and is the kind of strong local voice that you can trust to return the council to the people and act in your interests.
Evan Schrei
Evan is a born and bred Central Coast resident and currently resides in Niagara Park. He has a beautiful and supportive wife named Lisa, and two children, both of whom attend daycare within the local area.
He is a community-minded person, he has served in the Australian Army and spent time with the Sydney SES, he also founded a veterans association, and now he wants to help the residents of the Central Coast via the local government.
Evan wishes to provide cost-of-living relief to the residents, bring back collaborative decision-making with the community, improve the council infrastructure maintenance backlog and create a more environmentally friendly council.
Melanie Gould
Melanie Gould, a proudly identified Githabul woman, brings 30 years of experience as a dedicated health professional. With qualifications in Behavioural Science and Indigenous policy development, Melanie is committed to fostering employment opportunities for Aboriginal rangers on the coast, enhancing environmental management through cultural-based practices. Her platform also emphasizes reducing financial strain on families, advocating for affordable childcare, and working to minimize rate increases. Melanie's vision is to blend her deep cultural heritage with practical solutions, ensuring a sustainable and thriving community for all."
